Meet Captain Janet Leung ✈️
From Cadet Pilot to Airbus A321neo Captain at Cathay Pacific, Captain Leung has flown regionally on the Airbus, and she also serves on the Flying Training Development Team, supporting pilot training programmes and maintaining training compliance. She is passionate about sharing how crews communicate under pressure, and how leadership is developed.
This is exactly why we invite leaders like Captain Leung into The Refinery Dialogues.
Each month, a subject matter expert shares their insights for our members. In May, Captain Leung will talk about her journey from dreaming of becoming a pilot to achieving Command, and how she balances technical excellence with human connections and family life.
